Questions & Answers

Arch LED Neon is a silicone-extruded, continuous line of light designed to trace architectural outlines — building edges, signage, structural lines — with a shadow-free, dot-free appearance. RGBW linear fixtures are housed differently, typically in aluminum, and are built for both accent and functional lighting roles, combining full-color output with genuine white light in a single fixture. Neon is chosen for its seamless line quality; RGBW linear is chosen for its dual color/white functionality.

LumiMax™ is proprietary technology used on RGBW linear fixtures that optimizes lumen output across the entire dimming range. Without it, some LED fixtures shift in perceived brightness or color unevenly as they’re dimmed. LumiMax™ is designed to keep output visually consistent from full brightness down to the lowest dimming levels.

RGB fixtures create white light by mixing red, green, and blue LEDs, which often produces a white that reads slightly tinted rather than clean. RGBW fixtures add a dedicated white LED alongside the three color channels, so white output doesn’t depend on a color mix. That matters on projects where the same fixture needs to deliver both vibrant color effects and genuinely neutral white light for everyday use.

Yes. The silicone extrusion used in Arch LED Neon is rated to resist UV exposure, corrosion, saline environments, acids, and alkalis, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor architectural applications, including coastal sites where standard PVC neon products would degrade faster.

The collection includes glass, linear, and stair-specific configurations. Glass options give a more minimal, transparent profile suited to contemporary interiors. Linear and stair-specific models are built around more traditional handrail geometry, with lighting integrated directly into the rail to guide movement along a walkway or down a staircase.

DMX is the standard control protocol across Arch LED Neon and RGBW models, supporting full color and intensity control for scenes, schedules, and integration with broader building or landscape lighting systems.

IK08 is an impact resistance rating, indicating a fixture can withstand a specified level of physical impact without damage. It applies to select Arch LED Neon models rather than the entire collection — confirm the IK rating on the individual product’s spec sheet, since it varies by model and mounting condition.
