How RGBW inground luminaires were used to animate a public green space and urban walkway after dark.
Public landscape lighting has one fundamental challenge: the fixtures need to disappear during the day and perform at night. The Libra RGBW Inground solves this problem.
THE INSTALLATION
Flush-mounted in grass and along the walkway surface, the Libra fixtures are invisible during the day — die-cast aluminum body, SUS 316 stainless steel trim, sitting level with the surrounding surface. After dark, ground-level uplighting catches the tree canopy from below, creating depth and drama that no pole-mounted fixture could replicate from above.
