SURFACE MOUNTED WALL LUMINAIRES

Explore Collection, Applications, and Specification Details

Surface mounted linear luminaire on an exterior wall at night

Mounted on the Wall.
Meant to Be Seen.

Unlike a recessed fixture, this mounts on the surface — visible, specified as part of the wall’s look, not hidden inside it.

Why this collection?

01Six subcategories, from floodlight to RGBW
02Multiple beam types on one mounting platform
03Aluminum and BETALY® composite construction
04IP65-rated for wet and exposed locations

  • The standard casting route for most fixtures
Extruded aluminum

Extruded aluminum

  • Structural alloy, extruded, not cast
  • High resistance to oxidation
  • Used for straight, linear profiles
Die-cast aluminum

Die-cast aluminum

  • Casting alloy chosen for strength and detail
  • Highly resistant to oxidation
  • Used for more sculpted shapes
BETALY®

Manufacturing: One Facility, Start to Finish

Every aluminum housing in this collection begins as raw metal, not a finished shape.

Die-casting, step by step

Melting
01

Melting

Aluminum ingots (12# / ADC12-grade alloy) melted in a furnace

Injection
02

Injection

Molten aluminum is injected under high pressure into a hardened steel mold

Cooling
03

Cooling

The casting solidifies within seconds under continued pressure

Trimming
04

Trimming

Excess flash along the mold seams is removed

Machining
05

Machining

Mounting points and optic seats are CNC-machined to tolerance

Finishing
06

Finishing

Sanded, sealed, and powder-coated in the specified color

Custom Molded Shapes

Custom-molded forms give outdoor lighting greater flexibility in shape, scale, and integration while maintaining the performance required for exterior environments.

Testing & Quality Control

Every fixture is tested before it leaves the facility — not sampled, not spot-checked.

Incoming inspection

Raw materials and components are checked before production.

In-process inspection

Fixtures are checked at each production stage.

Final inspection

Every finished unit is inspected before it ships.

In-house lab testing

IP rating test

IP rating test

Confirms dust and water sealing meets its published rating, critical for a fixture recessed into the ground

Thermal shock test

Thermal shock test

Confirms housings and seals hold under rapid temperature swings

Environmental stress test

Environmental stress test

Simulates long-term outdoor exposure in temperature and humidity chambers

Optics testing

Optics testing

Confirms beam angle and output match spec

Materials & product testing

Materials & product testing

Verifies component strength and finish durability

Electrical safety test

Electrical safety test

Confirms wiring and insulation meet safety requirements

What sets us apart

Vertical Integration

Running the full process in-house — tooling, casting, machining, electronics, and finishing — rather than distributing it across outside subcontractors delivers three concrete advantages:

Vertical integration detail
01

Machined flange, reamed bolt holes, and a seated gasket — tolerance and finish quality visible in a single frame.

02

Cutting our own tooling in-house means no waiting on an outside toolmaker between order and first unit.

03

Hundreds of housings from one mold — dimensional repeatability is what holds a spec to the five-hundredth unit.

Linear, round, sconce, and cube surface mounted fixture profiles

Dimensions & Shapes

  • Compact square and round housings for standard floodlight and spotlight models
  • Elongated, linear profiles for wall washer models covering longer runs
  • Irregular, sculptural forms within Architectural Effects
  • Exact dimensions vary by model — confirm on the spec sheet

Questions & Answers

Floodlight models throw a wide, high-output beam built to cover an area — façades, loading areas, and open exteriors. Wall washer models use a wider, angled optic on the same mounting body to graze light across a full surface rather than light one defined area.

Soft Light diffuses output with no defined beam edge, reading as an ambient glow rather than a directed beam. It’s specified for entries, patios, and walkways where comfort and atmosphere matter more than a defined beam.

BETALY® is a cement-based composite with a strong, durable, refined stone-like finish. It’s used on Architectural Effects because it allows the irregular, sculptural forms that die-cast or extruded aluminum can’t produce as economically.

Yes. The collection is IP65-rated for wet and exposed locations and built for continuous outdoor installation on façades, walls, and exterior surfaces.

Yes. The collection supports 0–10V, PWM, and DALI dimming, plus DMX for full RGBW color and intensity control on show and seasonal scenes.

Spotlight uses a narrower optic on the standard mounting body to direct light at a single subject — signage, artwork, a column. Architectural Effects uses irregular, sculptural BETALY® forms designed as a visual moment in their own right, not just a light source.

Output typically ranges from 16W to 40W across floodlight and spotlight models, with LED throughout and CRI 80 as standard.
